Not much: Check your blood pressure later in the day , drink water. Wrt to the thyroid medication. Just continue your regular dosage the next day

: It sounds like you took the 2 doses hours apart from each other so this should not be a problem. If you have a blood pressure cuff at home, you could monitor your blood pressure. If not, monitor for symptoms like dizziness and lightheadedness. But, since you took the second dose hours from the first dose, you should be fine. Re-start the med at the proper time tomorrow. : It partially depends on what dose of lisinopril you have been taking. If you takes 80 mg daily (max dose 40 mg, twice a day), I would say the effect of total dose of 160 mg on your blood pressure will be insignificant. In general, you just have to watch for the symptoms of very low BP such as faint, lightheadedness, palpitation, drowsy, etc. Drink chicken broth + stay in bed if symptomatic.

Extra dose: No, unlikely to be dangerous.  It might lower your blood pressure a few more points than normal, but it is unlikely to cause any symptoms.  The worst thing that might happen would be that it might make you a little light-headed.  IF this happens, sit down or lie down and it should pass in a few minutes.  Be gentle about going from lying to standing position for the next 24 hrs.

Depends: Maximum daily dose of lisinopril is 80mg in a 24hr period. If one is normally on 40mg daily as determined by prescribing doctor, a higher than prescribed dose may result in temporary low blood pressure. Lasting approximately 12-24 hours. Too high of a dose may also raise potassium.  If any symptoms of dizziness or lightheadedness develop would go to er.

Yes : Lisinopril is a pretty forgiving drug and your BP is pretty resilient.  Would in general be unlikely to drop your BP scrim just below hypertensive range to hypotensive range with such a dosage error.

Yes you should be: You may be a bit dizzy, if you can take your blood pressure. If you are very dizzy or have any symptoms go to the ED but if not lay down and take it easy today.

: This is not likely to produce a problem or any symptoms. You need to decide whether it is easier to remember in your morning routine or evening &amp; make that your time. It also helps to get a day-of-the-week pill box where you can see that you remembered to take it and or become aware that you forgot.

Don't worry: It would be more helpful if you told us what strength, but in general high doses are well-tolerated. The worst thing that might happen is your blood pressure might temporarily get a bit lower than usual, so if you feel dizzy or lightheaded sit or lie down (but this is unlikely).

my 2 1/2 year old son accidently took one of my 10mg lisinopril?

Lisinopril: Taking one dose most likely will not cause harm.  If your child is listless or lightheaded, sleepy or has a rapid heart rate take him to the ER.  If he is awake and playful do not worry.  Make sure all your medications are well secured and away from your child.  Monitor him closely.  If he hasn't swallowed the pill completely wash his mouth out.  If  there is any change take him to ER right away.
