If you missed a period check a home pregnancy  test  if you have a cold drink plenty of fluids but not too much at one time. A sip every few  minutes till the nausea goes away. Get plenty of rest till you feel better. Take a day or two off to get better   if it persists for more than a few days see your family doctor. Good luck !
