Doc is correct: Even if you do have Hashimotos your TSH is normal and therefore you have normal thyroid function.

Calcium PTH, Thyroid: Confirmed hypothyroidism s a clear message that the TSH is working hard to increase thyroid hormone but without success.
Treatment will have to be with thyroid hormone taken by mouth.
Unlikely, but the surgeon might want to remove your thyroid gland since it is not working properly.

Hypothyroid: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your A1c result is not abnormal and is not pre-diabetes level. However you are hypothyroid and should consult your doctor for replacement medication.

Maybe: Your symptoms may be from subtle hypothyroidism. Although your T4 is in the normal range, it may be lower than it was. Some people are sensitive to minor variations in t4. On the other hand, the symptoms of hypothyroid can be due to other things. Once you get treated with levothyroxine, you will know.

Thyroxine: Please see your doctor as you need a prescription for the thyroid replacement medication.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i am hypothyroid patient tsh is 14& my ldl is 275.is it because of high tsh my ldl is high.i am taking thyronorm 100microg.i need med for ldl also?

Hypothyroid disease: Elevated TSH is diagnostic of hypothyroidism, and needs to be treated with thyroid replacement.  It can cause a decrease in metabolic rate that can cause a slight increase in LDL but usually not to the level of 275.  You will need an additional medication to treat the elevated LDL.

TSH 28: You can be surprisingly asymtomatic with hypothyroidism but  on  a cellular level the body is not at optimal performance and over a long time it will take its toll . Please f/u w/ you endocrinologist and take your thyroid medicine.

Kelp in capsule form can affect the thyroid, best to avoid. Would stop all kelp resume a nromal diet and repeat studies in 6 weeks.  Hypothyroidism is common in young females and the TSH may swing between normal /abnormal for months till it totally becomes abnormal. f/u w/ednocrinologist
