No: You should see a cardiologist to evaluate these episodes of palpitations.  This could be a manifestation of your thyroid disease but you should get an evaluation.

Maybe: To the extent that those conditions are not voluntarily under your control and pose no significant risk, and presuming that your medical doctor has concluded that they pose no risk, then I do think that is a fair comparison.

It takes: a while to have the full effects of the treatment and your symptoms will also take some time to resolve..there are medications to help with the continuing symptoms of excessive thyroid hormone..you should (still) be taking some of them NOW!  Be patient....remember Grave's Disease affects more than JUST your thyroid gland!!!!!

heart palpitations for the past 3 days. they said i was fine. havent had an oz of caffeine since. they diagnosed me with anxiety but i havent been anxious. they also mentioned my potassium was a little low. could i have heart disease or any problem?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

i have connective tissue disease. my chest x-ray showed slightly enlarged pulmonary artery. the symptoms are occasional sob, heart palpitations, bad dizziness andintermittent chest pain. the symptoms come and go to extreme. i am having tte next. cause?
