Normal Saline: if the patient is hypernatremic, normal saline will bring the patient's sodium level closer to normal, while treating their dehydration. It is a delicate balance to try and resuscitate a hypotensive heart failure patient, and manage their fluid balance. I hope it turns out for the best. : If you do not have any symptoms, your "low" blood pressure is not an issue. Make sure to stay properly hydrated. Drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless.
