Not usually: Fever is not a usual symptom. Most often hyperthyroidism causes increased sweating, rapid heartbeat or palpitations, a tremor,  the appearance  of staring, loose stools, fatigue or shortness of breath with exercise, weight loss, and feelings of anxiety.

Yes.  : The thyroid hormone is a permissive hormone that stimulates  metabolic and catabolic cycles in your body.  Hyperthyroidism subsequently enhances  these cycles causing insomnia, heat intolerance, anxiety, chest palpitation, and possible low grade fever, etc.  Now, all these symptoms can be controlled by medication.  I recommend that you see an endocrinologist for further evaluation.

Feverish : Everyone has their own thermostat.  So a “fever” in you may not be a fever in another. I would get an accurate thermometer (the mercury ones are the gold standard if you CSM an find one.  Measure your T every day say in am before you brush your teeth. Place under tongue for2 min.  Or you can pee into an insulated cup and measure the temp immediately.  This is the most accurate way to measure temp

Allergies: Dry cough self limiting over a few days most likely sec to bronchitis, or post nasal drip.If there is h/o hbp i presume hypertension, check out nedicines like ace, inhibitors causing cough.
