Those isolated hyperechoic foci could be renal parenchymal calcification (nephrocalcinosis) due to chronic, recurrent kidney infection versus bilateral nephrolithiasis (kidney stones). You should have a blood test for serum calcium and a plain CT scan of the kidneys.
