Right choice: You need to get a relationship with a physician who takes time to explain and who you trust. Managing reflux is tricky. Finding a cause for nausea may be a challenge. Gluten enteropathy, Whipple's, and Crohn's are concerns but I'd ignore "pop" claims about that amoeba.

i seem to get horrible diarrhea a few times a month now. what kind of food would be good for my bowel if it's ibs?

IBS: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion.  You need to have parasitic diseases, celiac, food allergies and inflammatory bowel disease ruled out along with other problems such as an overactive thyroid.  Helpful foods are bananas, rice (white), apple sauce, tea and dark toast.  Fiber such as psillium is sometimes helpful by bulking the stool

saw a dr say you can't have diarrhea and constipation at the same time on a question i saw... but can't you have both with a bowel obstruction?

Absolutely!: There is such a thing as having a constipated bowel around which liquid stool passes. This is a very uncomfortable situation. The overall solution is to manage the constipation problem so that you have a normal, brown, formed bm daily. In the mean time, you may have these strange attempts of your bowel to overcome trouble areas. True bowel obstruction is a medical emergency -- nothing comes out!

my 4 yr was admitted for a bowel cleanout, now 4 days later she is having diarrhea 4 to 6 xs a day and her stomach is hurting her. what should i do?

Hospital: If she is still in the hospital you might get a flat plate of the abdomen to rule out a high level bowel impaction. If present enemas are in order, despite the diarrhea which is paradoxical in nature.

Moreso: Pain, frequent bms, nighttime bms, joint pains, skin rash, eye pain, fever, weight loss, bleeding. These can be seen in infectious diarrhea (usually short-lived), but more commonly seen in ibd, especially if recurrent, or lasting for more than a few days.  Got any of  these symptoms? Constipation: Colon impaction from chronic constipation can cause all types of abdominal bloating & discomfort. Straining to have hard bm will cause pain & rectal bleeding. Diarrhea can be an attempt at the body trying to eliminate the excess bowel waste. Drink more liquids, eat more fiber, try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) laxative. See a doctor for an exam & discussion of treatment options.

It is not unusual: It is not unusual to have no bm when recovering from diarrhea or gastroenteritis as you change your diet with more fluids and it can take few days to return to normal bms after resuming regular diet.

Other symptoms?: Without more information my advice would be to wait and see what happens, particularly if you are not experiencing other symptoms. If, however, you have abdominal pain, nausea &amp; vomiting, fever, or other, then go to an ER. Hope this helps.

Unclear question: If you are having three bowel movements each day, that is not normal, especially you have loose stools. it would be prudent to consult your doctor as it warrants an in-person evaluation.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
