Adjust medications: I would advise seeing an allergist right away. If you have Prednisolone at home, please take the medication as directed while continuing your other medications. You are experiencing an allergic reaction which has worsened. Watch for trouble swallowing and trouble breathing. If these symptoms occur, please go the Emergency room. Allergic reactions may be prolonged. Allergy testing indicated.

However, they are often prescribed to treat anxiety, as well, due to a calming effect. If anxiety also causes you to have difficulty with sleep, an added benefit may be that the med is sedating. If chest pain is severe & lasting, call ambulance to go to er for evaluation.
