Ask the doctor: A doctor can see only the people that they want in the exam room.  Please respect this if it is the doctor's preference.  Sometimes there are reasons for this.

Doctor visit: Many patients are being examined in physicians offices during this pandemic and, because of their office and waiting room policies, transmission of covid seems quite uncommon. There are no guarantees. However the physicians and their staff keep their masks on which protects you. If your needed appointment must be in person and if it's very important, I think you should make that visit.

Chaperone: a male doctor should have a female chaperone  doctors are all used to "things" like penile or vaginal lesion so try to relax  but if a female physician is available please ask

???: This depends on why the seroquel (quetiapine) was given, and whether it's now being tapered because his physicians feel it is no longer needed.  If he is just stopping the medication without consulting his physicians, whatever basic problem he had will continue or worsen.  I hope he will talk with his physicians about this plan, and ask their advice.

: Anything is possible but I don't think he has been unfaithful. Many people acquire hpv and either it is wiped out by the immune system or remains dormant causing no problems in both men and women, but might transmit later
