Hormone levels?: I suggest a GYN evaluation and study of your hormonal levels. Sexual dysfunction has multiple causes, not all related to thyroid function. Certainly things like stress, tension, anxiety, depression, malnutrition, inadequate sleep hygiene should be explored.

Not too long: Promise yourself not to use meth (or other foolishly risky junk) and if you're really concerned set up a urologist appointment for an eval. Before the time of the appointment, I expect you'll find your symptoms are improved. You can still keep the appt to be sure, but you should be as well as before the meth. Best!

Diet &amp; exercise: Nutrients like fish oil, magnesium, zinc, selenium, vitamins A, D &amp; E can help your husband's sex drive. So a healthy diet is vital. Thirty minutes of aerobic exercise daily can also help. Taking your time with each other in a nice environment with soft music and foreplay may help. However, the betablocker may  be exacerbating his problem &amp; so this should be discussed with the prescribing doctor.

Libido: Some people have a low sex drive. Has your husband always had a low libido or is this a sudden change?  When one partner has a high sex drive &amp; the other has a low one - that can cause disatisfaction. The question I would ask - is does your husband actually want to change his sex drive or is this just something you want ?

Lots of issues: Low libido/sex drive plus lack of pleasure from sex is a complicated issue. Take a look at your life. Any stress re work, money, family, friends, etc. Take a look at your health. Good or bad? Any chronic conditions? Medications? Depression? Do you smoke? Any other (illicit) substances? Or alcohol to excess? Consider addressing all this w/your family doc who can order a set of labs to evaluate.

Low libido: First, if you haven't already, get a regular checkup. Your hormone levels and other hormones such as your thyroid should be checked. If these are all normal. It could be possible that there is another cause such as stress or anxiety contributing to low libido that can be discussed further with your doctor.

Libido is a function of  health and rest and stress patterns, and also reflects how you feel about yourself, even more than any attraction to others.
