Rest: Rest and time and analgesics. If you have point tenderness, consider an x-ray to see if you fractured a rib or your sternum. (it won't change treatment but it will give you an idea that it's going to take many weeks to heal).

No: Probably tissue swelling or a small reactive lymph node. If it gets red or hurts , then see your doctor about it. Best wishes.

I : I agree you could have a fracture especially if you still have pain. So go get seen

as said before it may not be enough  just to show up locally nd get an x-ray special views may be needed.
With negative films know that bad palm contusions can also take a few months to resolve but rule out a fracture at the base of the metacarpal as you suspect and don't forget about that hamate bone.

i crashed on my mountain bike 2 weeks ago and hurt my shoulder and back. the shoulder is healing but my back is still very painful. the back pain feels like it is at a vertebrae level with my shoulder blade. i'm worried that i have a fracture?

Conditioning: If you are a rider doing regular exercise/riding, you may feel some fatigue/soreness after prolonged ride, but should not be painful. If this is something you just started, then it is quite common to have lower back pain because of prolonged bending position riding on a bike. It should get better with training. So, take it easy at first. If not better, consult doc. Good luck.

Injuries: Most common injury related to bike crashes are orthopedic in nature. Great risk to limbs. With arm and leg fractures leading the way. Head injuries are not uncommon, and the incidence of serious injury can be reduced by wearing a helmet. And, of course, the scrape (road rash) is frequent.

Old blood collection: No worries!  it's likely a hematoma - a fancy term for a collection of blood where it's not supposed to be.  After a fall or an injury, these things can form and it might take weeks for your body to reabsorb them.  And remember to always wear your helmet - getting a hematoma on your side is one thing... Getting the same type of bleeding in your head could be really bad!  cheers!

Not: it would not follow that the bicycle seat can cause this. Sometimes people can your blood in the urine but often the bicycle seat does not have any urinary tract involvement at all.
