Conditioning: If you are a rider doing regular exercise/riding, you may feel some fatigue/soreness after prolonged ride, but should not be painful. If this is something you just started, then it is quite common to have lower back pain because of prolonged bending position riding on a bike. It should get better with training. So, take it easy at first. If not better, consult doc. Good luck.
