Maybe tinnitus: Tinnitus is ringing in your ears or feeling a pulse in your ear . This could also be vascular and be a pulse or aneurysm. It is best to get it clarified as it may be nothing serious at all

Sounds related: Tinnitus is actually a very complex  perception of some type of noise or sound in the ears or head. There are different types, subjective (only you hear) or objective (others can hear the noise too-rare). It can be pulsatile like a heart beat or non-pulsatile. There can be many causes and it really needs a full evaluation by an otolaryngologist.

Flu: Flu is usually associated with sudden onset of fever, myalgias cough and last a few days.  Your ongoing symptoms sound more like sinus problems.  Either allergic or infectious.

hi. for the last 3 days my left ear has been making a like a humming whistling when i move my head and breath sometimes or even open and close my mouth. is this something that i need to get check out rather?

can concussion symptoms occur, say 2 days after hitting your head? during practice (thursday sept. 17) i hit my head pretty hard. 2 days later, saturday sept. 19th i am experiencing a low humming in my ear and sensitive hearing. should i be concerned?

Post concussive: Yes.  You sound like you are having symptoms of post-concussive syndrome and should have a medical evaluation and avoid play until this clears.  The low humming is a form of tinnitus.

i have been having head ache for more than a week and have this high high pitch humming or buzzing it wont go away even went to er and my primary care doctor none of the meds worked.i have been dizzy blurry vision no sleep blood pressure high too?

: Further work up will be needed. Ideally a neurologist if you did not have imaging, x-ray/CT/MRI and/or ENT specialist for a detailed exam will be needed timely. The humming is called tinnitus and may become hard to control.
