Yes: The first time you have hsv 1 you could have it spread anywhere in your mouth. After that the sores tend to appear on soft tissue like the tongue and lips.

Tongue lesion: Ask your healthcare provider to do an immunologic blood test for IgG/IgM antibodies for Herpes I and II.  If negative,  then see an ENT physician or an oral surgeon so that a biopsy can be determined if necessary.

More info?: We would need more information: what were the '6 tests'? Did you have a biopsy? Culture? Blood tests? All done by the same doctor? What type of doctor\dentist? We also would need to know your complete medical history. Sometimes it's hard enough having that all in front of you. Certainly impossible over the internet to give you a good answer. Have you seen an oral surgeon? Oral pathologist?

Many viruses: Geographic tongue (discolorations on the tongue) can be caused by many respiratory viruses. Check with your doctor if it doesn't resolve, or if it worsens.

Hard to guess: Many women have vaginal discharge, but some types of discharge are not normal. A woman may see normal changes in discharge before or after her period. Changes in discharge that may be an infection: a bad odor; vaginal itching or swelling; a green, yellow, or gray colored discharge; discharge looking foamy or like cottage cheese, etc. A doctor can check, if symptoms persist, recur or are worrisome.

Herpes tends to be painful.  Salt water gargle (3x  /day -after meals) may decrease bacterial count and pain. May also be strep/chlamydia .Would f/u /w/ MD for culture and antibiotics if needed..

About butts...: Everyone gets a sore throat once in a while, from common causes such as strep throat, cold viruses, allergies, the flu, stomach acid reflux, etc... Butt-kissing does not cause sore throats, unless there was a large amount of yelling at said butt-kisser to get away from said butt. Likewise, sore throats happen after yelling at football games. Sore throat infections usually are from swallowed germs.

Not usually: Hsv is more likely to cause blisters on the lips (cold sores) than blisters in the mouth.  The exception is primary herpes (the first episode), especially in children. Ulcers in the mouth can be aphthous ulcers or may be caused by other viral infections, HIV infection, or syphilis.  Herpes would be lower on the list. Chronic, recurrent, or non-healing oral ulcers should be evaluated.
