my penis swells and some foul yellowish discharge comes from the foreskin and it has been persistent because i treat and it comes again its been three times already for the past 9 years.how can i stop this ??

: I assume you were not circumcised and have experienced recurrent balanopostitis.  Circumcision is often advised to prevent recurrence.  Consult a urologist.

See gynecologist: If you are currently on depotprovera, then in all likelihood what you think are 3 day menstrual cycles are in all reality breakthrough bleedings and probably not exactly 4 weeks apart. The bleeding after sex could come from an ectropion on your cervix. You will need to see a gynecologist, who would need to do a speculum exam and then be able to  tell you whether or not this is the case.

Vaginal discharge?: Any change in vaginal discharge could represent an infection - bacterial vaginosis, trich, gonorrhea, chlamydia and yeast infection are all possibilities. They can be treated quite easily so get checked by your gyne or family doctor.

Possibilities...:: Vaginal discharge can be so aggravating and even embarrassing! Not going to ask if sexually active, but discharge can result from several STDs and if it is a possibility, it must be checked by doc and treated ASAP. If odor is "fishy" at all, may be bacterial vaginosis. Easily treated...like a yeast infection, but bacterial rather than fungal. There are OTC kits to check for BV and yeast infxn.

is it possible to still have light green discharge after getting treated for gonorreha three times . even if last test came back negative ?

"green discharge" ?: A discoloration (green?) of vaginal secretions can mean infection. Gonorrhea is only one STD or bacterial possibility.  If the GC test is negative, you still may have another vaginal infection. See your gyn physician for an exam/culture to determine the cause.

BV? Yeast? Trich?: If u r w/o risks for stds most likely cause would be yeast (thick, white curd-like, no odor).   There r otc medications for that i'm sure u r  aware. Or bacterial vaginosis is possible & it's characterized by a thin yellow or grey odorous discharge.  1/3 time it resolves w/o treatment.  But treatment requires prescription. Gonorrhea, chlamydia & trichomonas & non-infectious causes also possible.

It really depends on: What the cause is. Assume this is not your period. If you have continuous bleeding that may warrant eval. If you have a change in color, texture, odor or amount of vaginal discharge ; problems such as pain, itching burning with urination or sex or redness/swelling  then it is best to see your gynecologist for evaluation ; accurate assessment.
