No HPV: It sounds more a hemorrhoids than a condyloma from a HPV. HPV warts don't go away that quickly. If your stools are hard, it is advisable to use Miralax (polyethylene glycol) over the counter.

Unlikely to spread: if you maintain good hygiene , although it is contagious virus  need repeated body to body contact . At 21 you still  a candidate for vaccination . Speak to your doctor also a preventive measure for genital  cancers .

This is a great question. HPV can be found to be negative but still be present in small numbers that we can not detect.  The numbers rise and fall with the strength of the immune system. The immune system is affected by everything that we do i.e. Stress, diet, period, or taking medication . Be concerned but remember that the same immune system is on duty everywhere!  Anal pap.

Yes: Not only your body but any close partner as well! hpv is a leading cause of squamous cell cancers, so both you and any partner are at risk and thus early treatment is essential-see your doctor!

Possibly: The white vinegar test is a good way to be suspicious.  The only way to know for sure is to do a biopsy.

Viral cultures: can confirm various subtypes of HPV. The bigger question of course, is how would sexual warts show up inside your anus? Get examined and tested.

Yes it can: But more important is that we are seeing an increase incidence of squamous cell carcinoma of the anus secondary to hpv and warts. Get the warts removed and get regular exams of that area with a colon and rectal surgeon to check for development of anal carcinoma.

: Anal area warts are fairly common in women who have genital warts. This also may occur for non-wart HPV infection (e.g. if you have had an abnormal Pap smear). Such spread probably happens naturally, not because of wiping direction.
