Vaginal itching: There are many kinds of sexually transmitted infections, and some yeast (fungal) types do not "go away" easily.  See your gyn to make sure about other types of resistant yeast or even recurrent trichomonas infection, which also causes itching.

Infections: You should see your gynecologist to make sure that you are really having all of those infections and that it is not non-infectious vaginitis.  If you are having all of those infections, it is not from hpv but can be related to many things and needs to be worked up.

No: This reading on a pap smear can mean low grade inflammation due to infection or perhaps yeast or other irritatants.  Make sure you follow up with your gyn or pcp and get further testing as indicated by any other testing done at the time of your pap smear such as a test for human pappiloma virus.  Your history would be important too in answering your question.  Follow up per your pcp's instructions.

Low risk viral type: Most commercially available hpv dna tests diagnose 12 or 13 strains of 'high risk' hpv.  These are strains most likely to cause cancer.  It is possible to have lsil (hpv changes) in a pap where abnormal cells are present but the viral strain causing the warty changes is not one of the 12 or 13 types in the test kit being used.  Low risk viral types (6 ; 11) cause warts but have negative dna tests.

Bacterial vaginosis: The skin on your husband's penis may be colonized with the bacteria causing your BV and he can be reinfecting you. If he uses an antibacterial cream regularly until you are free of symptoms that might help to solve this. This will not relate to the hpv.

If : If you are having recurring yeast infections then you need to make sure there are not any underlying conditions that are predisposing you to them. Certain conditions like diabetes, hiv/aids can be the cause. Don't worry there are other more likely causes, which include:
recent use of antibiotics
frequent douching
tight underware, usually non-cotton
prolonged use of sweaty clothes(i.e. After a work out)
pregnancy
birth control pills
hormonal imbalances

now on the other hand, this may not even be a yeast infection. Your doctor can perform certain tests to determine if you have yeast or even a bacterial infection. At times an allergy can mask itself as a yeast infection, so make sure you are not using any new, soaps, lotions, or detergents.

ASCUS: Ascus is the name for skin changes that are not predictive or diagnostic of hpv or infection.  It is just what it is: atypical squamous cells of unknown significance.  There is no way to answer your question with any valid facts.  I would just follow the advice of your gyn for further testing and monitoring.
