Yes: You should be careful taking viagra with any medication used for angina that has nitroglycerin, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. 

Cipro (ciprofloxacin)floxacin should be used with caution with antacids (lower Cipro (ciprofloxacin) level), Coumadin (a blood thinner, giving an elevated Coumadin level), and nsaids like Ibuprofen (risk of seizures.).

Folliculitis: If this is a simple folliculitis, the use of antibacterial soaps and good hand washing technique may be all that is needed.   If you need an antibiotic, then your doctor would work with you to decide which antibiotic is best.   Cipro (ciprofloxacin) might be used.

If you are treating a urinary tract infection often, the Cipro (ciprofloxacin) would be sufficient.
