It depends: It depends on how resilient you are, and how grouchy your spouse is!  if s/he is more often grouchy than not, and also unwilling to own this, the difficulty escalates. The more positive emotional supplies you have to draw on when things are tough, the more you'll be able to deal with the inevitable ups & downs of relationship. If your spouse is absolutely your only support, not healthy for either.

Painful chest: You may have an occult bone bruise at the sub chondral junction. An MRI might be necessary to see if you have a significant problem.

Softener: Needs suppository to help facilitate lower passage (like glycerin suppository) + softener from above (like miralax--adds in to most drinks w/o much taste/grit & keeps moisture in stool to keep if from being too hard). If no improvement after few days, should see dr for exam to be sure no other issue(s) present.

Dry cough: Three most common causes of dry cough is reflux, asthma, allergies. Since you are young, those are the most common causes. See your local physician to be evaluated if cough still bothers you.

Exam and Imaging: A normal nct simply indicates that there is not damage - the nerve can still be pinched.  A combination of history, physical  examination and appropriate imaging (mri/ ct) should help pinpoint the source of the pain.

: I think this recurring bump could be a mucus cyst that is connected to salivary glands under the tongue. Since your lesion comes and goes (ruptures) and may be related to eating certain acidic foods, I doubt it's a  serious growth. Your dentist or an oral surgeon can examine and advise you.
