Your symptoms: are best explained by your viral infection and are unlikely to be bacterial...Sounds like you are doing exactly the right thing!  Many of these late summer viruses may last for a depressingly long time!!!

can i still expect  good results after i had sex while using clindamycin phosphate vaginal cream i have already taken prescription pills for clearing the vaginal bacteria and they failed to work

It : It should still work, but if you have persistent symptoms then you will need to be re-tested.  Always use a condom to avoid infection.

Possible acid reflux: Besides an acute throat infection, sore throats are often caused by acid reflux and post nasal drip from sinus drainage, and potentially from chronic mouth breathing.  I would recommend saline nasal spray to thin secretions and  a trial of meds to block stomach acid, such as ranitidine or omeprazole. If not helpful, return to ENT for follow up.

The usual standard for diagnosis of UTI on a single specimen is &gt;1000, 000/ml, but this can vary.
