Also - please realize that beer counts as alcohol. And, if you drink lots, it counts as a lot of it. Liver disease can darken urine, but it's not the likely cause of red blood. Hope it's nothing big. Be well.

Drink more water and: less alcohol. The dark color of your urine is likely due to dehydration and your alcohol intake is at least partly to blame for that.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

had full lab work up ,cbc normal as well as sodium/potassium, liver tests and a1c, creatinine was .98 /efgr of 100. my question is, ive had what i believe to be frequent urination, if it was a kidney issue with those test to be off? anxiety cause?
