Scrub exfoliates : Scrubs exfoliate the skin and do little to improve oily skin. Retinoids are more effective for diminishing oil gland output. Otc preparations are usually known as retinols. Prescription strength comes as topical tretinoin (retin a) or  oral accutane.  I generally prefer basic facial soaps such as cetaphil, basis, dove, or aveeno, (oatmeal) followed by a non comedogenic moisturizer with zinc/titanium dioxide.

Be aware: You can over exfoliate.  I would definitely back of the use of "scrubs" if your skin excessively dry, irritated, red, and/or sensitivity.  In general consider doing it a night and at most 3-4X/week.  If you use a manual "scrubber" like a clarisonic, consider using it 1-2X/week and going from there to see how your skin tolerates this routine.

Not everyday: Your face scrub is called an "exfolliant".  It is not good to use this every day.  Try using it lightly every other day and see how your skin responds.

Skin care: Depends on what you want out of washing your face.  Natural oils serve to protect our skin, keep bacteria from infecting us, and generally protect us from the elements (cold, wind, rain, etc).  Sometimes people overproduce and need to reduce skin oils, so they need to use soaps.  If you go that route, mild is best - cetaphil, hypoallergenic soaps, etc.  Gentle wash with water is good otherwise.

Oily Face: Use cetaphil dermacontrol oil control foam wash and cetaphil dermacontrol non-comedogenic oil control moisturizer.

Hyperhidrosis: You can use deodorant pads to help but if the problem gets to be too much see a plastic surgeon or dermatologist for possible Botox injections to the underarms which can lessen the sweating and decrease sweat gland activity.

Salts: Epsom salts have been used for years as a face scrub with some benefits,...I am not too familiar/sure about pink salts.

when suitable can i use cleanser or scrub?..now aready 1 week after  laser. my face now become oily.

Accepted Answer

Depends: on what type of CO2 laser was used.  You can certainly clean your face with a mild cleanser, which should have been recommended by your operator.  Don't know what brands you have in your country.  Cetaphil is a very good cleanser and has a non oil based moisturizer.  You can gently rub the skin beforehand if rough from the treatment.  Don't use a scrub though until your skin is completely healed.
