Post wax burn: It should heal without scarring and  scab if superficial. Discuss use of silicone creams with doctor/dermatologist/ urgent care

"Road rash"treatment: First, soak her in the tub with just clear, slightly warm water to clean the area. At end of the soak, gently wash area with an antibacterial soap  and then a good rinse with the clear water. Avoid using a washcloth or items that could rub/irritate skin. Apply a light later of antibacterial ointment. Best to leave area uncovered, but if sheets or clothes rubbing on area, cover lightly with gauze.

Sounds like its: infected. start using hydrogen peroxide and topical antiobiotics to burn area, if not doing better in a few days I would see derm for culture and perhaps oral antibiotics

Do nothing.: As the skin underneath the scab heals, the scab will fall off spontaneously.

2 days late: The most important step was to irrigate the splash with a lot of clean water. Now your body is going thru a healing phase where the crusting will occur. Just keep a look out for signs of infection, in which case antibiotics will be needed. Do not pick on it, the result will only be worse. You can put some cream on it to keep it from drying out and itching.

Depends injury/Rx : I assume you are asking about friction burns. If the wound is superficial ; does not have any dirt or other particlate matter embedded in it, is kept clean ; slightly moist and covered, and heals within 10-14 days, and the ensuing reddish area is protected by use of sunblock ; scar care creams then majority of these wounds heal with little or no sequelae. See a plastic surgeon, if concerned.

when i scratch my scalp it easily burns and gets a cut and then later gets scabs which was never an issue before.. is there cause for concern for health issues like in the blood etc ?

: I wouldn't worry about blood clots. Do you have a scalp issue such as psoriasis,dandruff  or infections of hair follicles ?   You may have to consult a dermatologist to check for scalp pathology. Any appropriate tests will be ordered.

Apply neosporin plus: It contains lidocaine and would numb the area so that it doesn't burn.
