Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a dermatologist.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i am 24 year old female and i have started noticing grey hairs. i have a scalp skin condition that has not properly diagnosed. but it has been treated as eczema and psoriasis before. could this be causing premature grey hair?

Gray hair: I doubt that the skin disorder is related to your premature gray hair. Autoimmune disease, genetics, vitamin deficiency, stress, thyroid or other hormonal changes and even stress have been named as causes. Your dermatologist can advise you best and order appropriate tests.

Not commonly: Psoriasis and eczema are two skin problems that seem to be mutually exclusive to a degree, although this is not a hard and fast rule. In persons with psoriasis the incidence of allergic contact dermatitis and atopic dermatitis—two major forms of eczema—appears to be substantially lower than in the general population.
