What's the ?: Soda is not good for you. Besides the fructose you will likely be belching more from the gas.  It is unusual for a person to be allergic to more than one food and thus you should consult an allergist to get this sorted out before you end up with malnutrition.

Need more info: How was cystitis diagnosed? It would be prudent to get a urine culture to see if you have infection, and if yes, what kind of organism and what antibiotic is it sensitive to. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.

i accidentally drank 450 ml of expired cranberry juice that had black or dark grey mold in it. what will happen to me? i am allergic to molds and mildew by the way. should i take allergy medicine? symptoms: headache and queasy feeling?

: Prob no problem.  I would ask it it smelled bad? if not almost certainly no problem and I am assuming it did not taste bad or you would have spit it out.  Could be a new kind of wine I suppose, but have never had any cranberry wine so not much help.  Maybe just needs to be filtered.

i have drank cranberry juice to help treat a uti but it seems to make the pain worse when i go to urinate, is this normal? i think i have a uti cause the symptoms seem to be the same as last time but i know it could be a yeast infection which i have never

You : You need to see your doctor. Even though some studies have shown that drinking cranberry juice can help prevent urinary tract infections, once you have the infection, you need to be treated with antibiotics. If you are having worsening pain, it may not only be a worsening infection, but it is also important to rule out kidney diseases such as a stone or nephritis or another type of infection such as a yeast infection or sexually transmitted disease. These may need other treatments besides antibiotics or different antibiotics.

Watch out for sugars: Cranberry juice is a great source of antioxidant flavonoids. Besides its fame for helping treat uti's it may prevent & even reverse cardiovascular disease. But it is rather tart & many have added sugars which are not healthy- some are even sweetened with high fructose corn syrup, which is best avoided. Look for ones without added sugars (some are blended with sweeter juices like grape- that's ok).
