Yes and maybe: You are susceptible to more severe forms of the infection based on your comorbidities. Zinc has been recognized as a general immunity booster with better outcomes in some of the patients with Covid it has been used for, no outstanding scientific evidence otherwise. Dose appears to be in the 10-20 mg range, side effects being gastrointestinal and drug-drug possible interactions.

Yes: That is your business. It is wise to supplement with B12 if and only if you are a vegetarian. Ask your physician whether the other supplements are appropriate for your diet and lifestyle.

Taste test. Hmmm...: ...and what makes a person think his taste test technique is useful in real life?  If the test result says "zinc deficiency", how often is that false, meaning how often does a non-deficient person get a "zinc deficiency" result? On the other hand, if the test result says "normal", how often is that result false, meaning how often does a zinc-deficient person get a normal result?

American Diet: I am not sure where you got the notion you need extra zinc or magnesium to grow taller. That is a false myth.  The american diet provides plenty of what you need as a teenager to reach the height your genes will allow.  The bigger question here is do you get enough protein in your diet. That is the really only thing that could hinder the growth if you were not eating plenty of protein in one day.

Zinc for acne: According to the online version of the merck manual for medical professionals "…the recommended upper limit for zinc intake is 40 mg/day. Toxicity is rare. Ingesting doses of elemental zinc ranging from 100 to 150 mg/day for prolonged periods interferes with copper metabolism and causes low blood copper levels, RBC microcytosis, neutropenia, and impaired immunity…." best to lower your dose.

Yes.: The Doxycycline should be taken with a meal, preferably dinner. The others can be taken anytime you want to take them.
