Stop.: These items will not really help  you, and the lexapro (escitalopram) is for anxiety or depression. They are promoted by the manufactures and sellers, and not regulated by the FDA  unless there is a proven danger to health. Stop taking everything except lexapro (escitalopram).  With that money, buy a gym membership and exercise regularly.  The best buy for  your money. Exercise is also known to  improve anxiety and depression.

membrane fluidity. CDP-choline activates biosynthesis of phospholipids in neuronal membranes, increases cerebral metabolism and increases noradrenaline and dopamine levels in the CNS. A source suggests 8:1 ratio so 4.8 g of Piracetam to 600 mg Choline. Best to consult experienced specialist. Best regards.

Dose of Risperdone: important. See more anticholinergic side effects at doses greater than 1 mg. Parkinsonism above mg. Concomitant use of Ginko may worsen situation. Ginko has not shown to improve long term cogntive issues. One study in China with concomitant use of Risperdal has been completed but results are unavailable at this time. Another study looking at use of Risperdal with Ginko in autism showed no benefit.
