Sealed!: Any oil can become rancid, which causes the formation of trans fats-tastes bad as well.  To prevent this, keep sealed, air tight.  Move to a smaller container when you have used a bit, to prevent large amounts or air in the container.  We have various size cruets for oil which we progressively go to the smaller sizes. The other & simpler alternative: buy a smaller size!

Choises: Kids are either old enough to mind or not. If not, find a sitter or put them in the cart. There are also decorative back packs hooked to a leash you keep on your wrist. No: Tyrosine is not stored.  The body has a way of making it directly, so it is not an "essential amino acid, " meaning one that you have to get from food.  It gets caught up in a number of different systems in the brain and the rest of the body, and what doesn't get used gets metabolized and excreted.

The body can handle starvation for a period of several weeks to perhaps 5 weeks before things happen which can be dangerous.

Most likely no: I recommend staying away from packaged and frozen food which contain high amount of preservatives. Try to eat more natural food and cook the food yourself if possible.
