Too much ETOH?: Possibly the fact that you had too much to drink, may have casued an adverse reaction of shaking.  Drink responsibly and if this ever recurs, you need to get evaluated for possible seizure disorder as one possible cause.  Best wishes.

You have a hangover.: Next time, moderate your intake, and decrease your consumption significantly.  Alcohol can relax you, and items such as wine can enhance a meal, but over usage just destroys all the niceties, and furthermore, intoxication is risky.   Never drive when drinking alcohol, and never ride with an intoxicated driver.

Symptoms of anxiety can include feeling restless or nervous; tension in muscles (especially neck and upper back); problems falling asleep or staying asleep; dry mouth; get tired out easily; feeling irritable or having difficultly concentrating due to feeling anxious. Some people can feel jittery after smoking 3 cigarettes.

Tolerance: Coffee has caffeine and is a stimulant and you have a limited tolerance to it.No is not serious if that is alll going on.

Yes: Alcohol is a toxin and therefore a poison to everyone.  Some people are more sensitive than others.  You are obviously having having a reaction to the alcohol and i would definitely recommend you leave it off.

We can probably neutralize an additional ounce or two, but more than this is likely harmful.  Wisdom of the body is to message that a substance is harmful; vomiting and involuntary shaking are warning signals.
