Asymmetry: Our bodies are bilaterally symmetric, but not exactly so. So one organ may be slightly bigger than the one on the other side. Sweating is controlled by the autonomic nervous system and can be different one side to another.  Total absence of sweating on one side should be checked buy by your doctor.

Sweating : I would reduce eating and drinking anything with caffeine . That will help some. 
Regarding feet you can ask your doctor about rx drysol . 
There is a surgical procedure that can be done for the armpit sweating but you would need to see a specialist for that and have a consult.

There are many options including various over the counter or prescription topicals, oral medicines, medical devices and therapies such as botox.  The most recent advance includes a microwave laser-like device.  Consult with your dermatologist to insure you have routine hyperhidrosis and find the treatment best for you.

Excessive sweating: Excessive armpit sweating usually does not have any causes.  Social anxiety and stressful situations make sweating worse.  If over the counter clinical strength antiperspirants don't help, there are prescription topical meds and Botox for hyperhidrosis that should help decrease sweating.

Don't sweat it out and go out and see your dr for some prescription drug to suppress sweating.
(i, too, sweat a lot and have to see my own dr. I guess i need to eat an apple a day!).
