Stop it: Stop applying lemon juice and soda and bleach to your face! it's creating a chemical reaction which is irritating the sensitive skin on you face. It's called contact (or chemicsl)  dermatitis. While it'll heal by itself, it'll take time. Hopefully it'll heal without scarring. Best to avoid all chemicals. See a Dermatologist

Haven't : Heard that one but raw almonds are very good for you  and as a snack would helps maintain blood sugar just by keeping insulin constant. Raw they don't aggrevate cholesterol
