i have moderate pain in my left knee when walking, running, and full flex, but not at rest. i believe it started 3 weeks ago when i impacted the inside of my knee at the top of the tibia on my mountain bike frame. the walking pain began 10 days ago.

Varies: There are multiple potential causes from simple things like a bone contusion which should resolve to things like a meniscal tear.  If you are getting better you may choose to wait it out further, if not it would probably be good to be seen for a specific diagnosis.

Possible & desirable: It is not only possible but desirable for you to lose some weight. It is easier said than done. You need to reduce the amount of food you eat and increase the amount of exercise. Avoid saturated fats, and alcohol. Try to change to a diet of fresh vegetables fruits, whole grains, beans, legumes, lentils, low fat milk products, but most of all reduce the amount you eat.

Height and Weight: If you have those two measurements you can calculate your bmi - many sources available on the internet.  The number alone is not an interpretation in itself.  It needs to be taken into consideration with other factors.

No: Wrist measurement.
Elbow breadth measurement.
Then you decide the body frame.

It's Ok: Wrist size can be used as an indicator of body frame size. It will be inaccurate at the extremes of weight though. It is not perfect but it will give you an idea.

reasonable weight: Bmi is normal for that weight range. 
Go to doctor and find out how much  of body fat you have if you want to get the perfect proportions.

Growth delay: Need to know about maternal and paternal measurement, like weight , height and head circumference , also needs to know other pubertal signs like hair growth or in female breast development or in male testicular development.  Have to know if there is growth hormone def. Or genetics.

Maternal age: It is really important to choose an Obgyn and begin your prenatal care. All twin pregnancies are high risk. Your age of 39 also makes the pregnancy high risk. Your small stature is not likely to be an issue increasing risk but of course each case needs to be managed individually
