EyeThinkYouNeedADoc: Putting that all together, except the itchy scalp, I'd suggest you get yourself checked for inflammation of a small artery on that side (near the temple). That could be signalling a deeper problem that could affect your eyesight (your eye is already hurting, right?). I may be wrong and I hope I am. But get to your doctor tomorrow for an exam and maybe a blood test or two. Better safe than sorry.

Prurigo nodularis?: This is likely from chronic scratching.  Best to consult a dermatologist.  I think you may also have dry skin also.

Topical keratolytics: Several moisturizers over the counter have ingredients that over time will help minimize thicker skin: look for products that have one of the following ingredients: lactic acid, urea, salicyclic acid, alpha-hydroxy acid. The caveat is that you have to continue using ingredient to maintain benefit.

Unfortunately, the corn/ callus is a skins response to pressure. It will never go away until the pressure is removed.

Hard to say: Any other symptoms?   Bump probably will resolve over time.  You may have some residual tissue swelling or some fluid buildup.  I would maybe see a Dr. just to make sure everything is OK, though.

Not unusual: This is due to blood seeping down under the skin of the forehead. it looks bad but it is harmless and should settle down in 7-10 days. I am sure your operating surgeon would be happy to see you again if the swelling of the eyes does not settle down in 2-3 days.
