It is true that the splenda molecule is comprised of sucrose (sugar) except that three of the hydroxyl groups in the molecule have been replaced by three chlorine.We limit it in our weight loss program.

Yogurt has calories: Yogurt has calories, but splenda does not. That means yogurt with sugar will have more calories than the same yogurt with splenda. It will take a larger quantity of yogurt with splenda to cause the same amount of weight gain (compared to yogurt with regular sugar).
