See a dermatologist: Ayurvedic remedies are a waste of money. Sometimes there is a disorder which can be treated. Start with a precise diagnosis. The most common  diagnosis is androgenetic alopecia. Meanwhile you can start with otc Minoxidil 2% solution for $4 a month. Use it twice a day. Expect no result until you have used it for 3 months.

i am 23 years old.i have no beard and no mustache.i tried ayurvedic tips including using of custard oil,vitamin e tablets.it increases acnes in my face without any results.can dr reddy's minoxidil/mintop 5% solution give expected result with no acne?

: It is worth a try. Apply it to only the areas where you want hair to grow. It may take a few weeks to see the result and you will need to continue applying the medication for the hair to stay.

Heavy Metal: Toxicity.  Please get tested by a naturally oriented doctor or nutritionist to know the level of toxicity if any.  One good lab for that is Great Plains Laboratory in Kansas.  Take a look at their website.  They offer cheating agents, both Western and I believe some Indian to remove metals in addition to their services as a US certified lab.  Peace and good health.

To be honest ...: There isn't any great means of making hair grow faster in a beard besides using prescription testosterone inappropriately - I would never recommend this.  Even the prescription hair growth/hair loss prevention medication Propecia doesn't appear to aid in beard growth.  Also, the over the counter rogaine (minoxidil) does not seem to reliable improve beard grow.  Make sure you healthy and nutritionally sound!

That's actually good: Many (maybe most) women nowadays say they prefer a smooth-faced, smooth-chested man. From Paul Newman, the most-admired physical specimen of his era, to Justin Bieber, men who can't grow beards have been admired. Forget superstition, get really physically fit, and you'll look great and be happy. And there's nothing you'll be able to do to get a beard to grow if you're normally masculinized now.

Modern Rx: Forget Ayurveda for this. If you're sure you want your hair gone, electrolysis or laser treatment is relatively cheap and you may enjoy it. Best wishes.
