Doubt it: Piles ( hemorrhoids) are engorged blood vessels due to increased pressure. There is really not much that would reduced that pressure by having anal sex.

Fucidin H: Fusidic acid belongs to a class of medications known as antibiotics. I  do not see any benefit for itching if you apply it. Try oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine).

Symptoms managed with shower, hairdryer to area, creams, antifungals, and Lidocaine gels applied locally. More severe pain, bleeding may be a fissure. A bowel regimen, laxatives, fiber, increased dietary liquids, probiotics to achieve 2 soft stools daily. Then time.

Sitz baths may help: Preparation h, topical steroids or suppositories, sitz baths with epsom salts, and treatment of your constipation with stool softeners are a good beginning.

Not particularly: I would consider turmeric a good natural alternative to agents like ibuprofen for its anti-inflammatory effects. However, I think its consumption for a focal issue like an anal fissure of hemorrhoids no more helpful than the ibuprofen. Focal issues like that benefit from focal use of anti-inflammatory creams/ointments.
