Not to worry: Many people having cleaning "obsessions". As long as it is not negatively affecting your life (work, family, friends) or causing negative feelings in you, it may just be a personality trait (obsessive-compulsive personality). If it is negatively affecting your life and you have compulsion to clean all the time no matter what, then it is a disorder. This can be managed with psychotherapy.

Hard to guess: There are many, many pill makers throughout the world. There is a picture of a round pill with a Z on one side and a 70 on the other side, on the webpage:  http://www.zydususa.com/all-products/#M   That webpage says it is metformin 500mg, but one cannot be sure that some other pills in the world don't have the same markings.

i was cleaning my room and after a while of  bendi over i stood up and my head started hurting. it continued through out the day. should i be worried?

Bending over/headche: The only time this happened? Where you bent position for a long time? Bending decreases venous return ( or blood) to the heart;  standing up afterward requires more blood to head due to gravity, therefore dizzy.Unusual heart issues like valve stenosis / asymmetric hypertrophy/pulmonary HTN and abnormalities like ArnoldChiari, spinal dysfunction, dural leaks may be unmasked  Follow with doc

Unlikely: The amount of mercury in a compact fluorescent light (cfl) bulb is about 3-5 mg in vapor form. It is highly unlikely that you will get mercury poisoning from handling the remains of a broken bulb.

i know u shouldn't clean the cat"s litter box out during preg. is it ok to be in the same room with the litter box? mine is in the laundry room.

Yes: It is okay to be in the same room. Transmission of toxo requires touch. As long as you avoid touching the litter box/feces you should be fine.

Avoiding infection: If your friend was following the infection control protocols she was taught before being allowed in an ER, then she is very likely fine.  If she has diarrhea, she should see her doctor and mention her recent activities.

Reclean: with a HYPOALLERGENIC cleaning product..AIR OUT (Open windows this is seasonally possible unless you have bad OUTDOOR allergies) 
If this situation continues suggest a HEPA Filter (the Companies who deal with Fire Damage or MOLD have these filters (portable)

toddler broke a cfl in living room and touched it. we vacuumed it , toddler in room when cleaning up. we ventilated and evacuated the room only after  cleanup and 10 minutes   did this harm my child?

No: The tiny amount of mercury exposure from minimal handling and being around one broken light is so miniscule as to not worry. He probably gets more exposure eating tuna. Just don't break a bulb every day. And even though more expensive initially, think about led lighting - non-toxic and much less expensive over time to run. Use especially in bulbs that may be at risk for kids touching them.
