: It would be incredulous if preserved cadavers in a dissection room would be the source of any infections, especially prions.  When my colleagues took anatomy, it was not unusual to dissect and eat lunch.  No one became ill period!

Could be anatomic issue, colonization with bad bugs, related to intercourse (esp w/diaphragm-spermicide), change in urinary tract mucosa with menopause.  Prevention is linked to the cause and once that is known, prevention is strategic working against the causes.

Depends: Most spider bite are like other insect bites and may hurt at first but afterward, like with any break in the skin, infection needs to be watched for.  So cleaning is best. Some are dangerous like the well known widow and recluse bites in the usa, but there are other less known species that can cause problems like the recluse too.  Generally, watch the bite and if concerned, see a physician.

Assuming skin was broken, considerations include infection and rabies from mamalian bites as well as updating tetanus immunization. Bite wounds are concerning as they are often puncture wounds which are difficult to irrigate. A visit to your primary physician or urgent care is in order to fully assess.
