Common side effects include constipation, nausea, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, loss of appetite, gas, tremor, or trouble sleeping.Since am not sure what else you are taking reluctant to suggest adding anything your doctor would not approve of. Yes: Metformin can cause diarrhea. Often time, the body gets used to it and the side effects improve or go away.  Other times, you might need to back down on the dose and take with food.  There are also other formulation of metformin (glumetza) that are better tolerated.  Talk to your prescribing doctor about these options if you cannot tolerate the side effect of metfomin on the current dose.

Bacteria, : parasites, or viruses could be causes. Dehydration or possible spread of infection to the fetus could be problems. See your doctor for an exam, testing, and a treatment plan.

Yes.: Probiotics, and amoxyclav, are generally considered safe in pregnancy.  However, I do not have information on florin 250 probiotic, so I don't know for sure that it contains only probiotics.  If there are any other ingredients, I would have to know what those were to be sure.

Keppra (levetiracetam) : Keppra (levetiracetam) is a modern seizure drug that absorbs pretty quickly (1 hour in ideal scientific tests). 3 days of diarrhea can be stressful on your system, including causing changes in blood chemistry and causing lost sleep, and this stress can also make it more likely to have a seizure.  A visit to your primary care doctor can help diagnose and fix the cause of the diarrhea, and could also offer a chance to check the level of Keppra (levetiracetam) in your blood.
