ACNE: There is no cure for acne, only control with rx like perzagel, Cleocin t, retin a (tretinoin) or oral antibiotics for comedones. Stress is there every day of our lives. It is on how to handle it. You need to be calm, prayerful and confident that you can deal with it. Avoid too much stimulants like coffee to have presence of mind. It is not a life and death situation. Most important of all is trust in god!

Not your best option: There are better otc and prescription products to help prevent oily shine. Mineral powder sunscreens and make up products are a great way to mattify and protect your skin without clogging you pores and predisposing you to acne.

In general, avoid washing your face too much, 2X/day is more than enough. Avoid harsh soap, try something along the lines of Cetaphil, look for noncomedogenic products if you use them on your face.  Live healthy: minimize stress, eat healthy, sleep well and be active
