I would suggest sitz bath daily for the next 5 days
Continue proctosol ointment
Tucks pads. It usually gets resolved in 3-4 days and if not then it needs to be surgically taken care of.

Exercise and diet: If you adipose tissue that you'd like to lose then consider an increase in cardio and a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with running, biking, swimming, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

You may also need to do some other execises to target the gluteus maximus muscles and a personal trainer can put you on the right track. If all else fails see a plastic surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery to check out buttock augmentation.

See doctor: To see if she needs antibiotics and to make sure this is not crohn's disease. Crohn's disease can sometimes start with boils or abscesses around the anus or on the buttocks.

Dermatologist: See a dermatologist. Large painful acne cysts, particularly on the buttocks, do not respond to over-the-counter treatments. You'll need to get an oral antibiotic, and possibly some other prescriptions, from a dermatologist.
