Spot fat loss does: not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be arm fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy &amp; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt; those consumed.

Cardio Mix: You cannot target specific areas for weight loss - if you have adipose tissue to lose (not everyone does), then consider an increase in cardio & a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with walking, running, biking, swimming, elliptical, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

General weight loss: With natural weight loss (by eating fewer calories and exercising more to use up stored fat), a person loses fat from all areas of his body. So, to lose the arm fat (usually in the upper arms), one must lose weight (fat) from throughout the body. Doing exercises to strengthen and build up the arm muscles will make the arms look better as the fat is used up.

Liposuction etc: Aside from liposuction ; other various forms of plastic surgery, there is no way to spot reduce to lose (fat) weight  in specific areas of the body and not others. Proper nutrition ; regular exercise are key to health as well as body function ; appearance. Great job!: Do not get frustrated, just be patient! it can take longer to notice the thinning in the other areas, but it is happening, and you will continue to lose weight in all areas if you continue to be successful on your program!

Lose it everywhere: You cannot just lose weight in selected areas. You have to lose weight all over your whole body in order to reduce the areas that you are interested in. Sorry, but there is no such thing as spot weight loss.  It's all or nothing; but, that's not such a bad thing either -- just takes longer...
