hi, i have pain in testicles and the tube behind them and in lower stomach, but the pain is not severe and only happens when the testicles move ?

Orchialgia: Orchialgia or testicle pain has many causes including infection, trauma (injury) &amp; ischemia (loss of blood flow). Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/testicle-pain/basics/definition/sym-20050942 for starters. Then ask your parents or guardian to take you to see your Family Doc who may refer you to a Urologist if s/he is suspicious for torsion. Don't wait to see if pain will go away.

is it possible for my baby to grow outside the tubes in my stomach?

Accepted Answer

No: Fertilization will generally occur in the fallopian tubes and the cells will move to the womb for implantation and growth. Occasionally the cells hang up in the tubes and produce a tubal pregnancy. Very rarely, the cells have been known to attach outside the tubes inside the abdomen.There is no way for the fertilized cells to get into your  stomach to develop.

i had my tubes cut tied and burned 7 years ago but now i feel movement in my stomach?

Possibly pregnant: Tubal ligation is the most effective contraception but it's
not 100% effective. Pregnancy after ligation is called "failure". Failure rate varies according to the study. One of the largest studies reported an overall failure rate over 10 years of 1.85%.(between 1 and 2 patients out of a 100 got pregnant after ligation)
Pregnancy after 7 years less likely but possible. Could movement be imagined??

my husband is currently eating through a feeding tube (peg) inserted in stomach, i need professional advice on how it should be handled?

PEG tube handling: Everyone's different, based on reasons the peg tube was placed, duration of anticipated use, calorie requirements of the patient, patency of stomach outlet & the rate of GI functioning/motility, patient's tolerance to commercial feedings; feeding schedule (continuous versus bolus feeds), device used (button, traditional, etc.); & ? Oral supplements permitted. Best to speak with your husband's doc.

Get a GI evaluation: Something is happening in your GI tract. If it was a one-time occurrence give it time to see how you feel. If you have concerns then see a good GI doctor. It is possible to connect fatigue to GI problems- you might have anemia. That is definitely worth getting evaluated.

can a stomach feeding tube cause a partial obstruction that a colonoscopy can detect?

: No, a gastric feeding tube goes into the stomach, and the colonoscopy only goes into the colon. The colonoscope would not be able to see inside the stomach itself. There are other tests which could be useful if there was any concern about the feeding tube. Contact your doctor if you are concerned. Good luck.

See gynecologist: I suggest you see a gynecologist to determine, if there is a connection between the fact that you had your tubes tied and the lump that you feel.
