Depends...: Pregnancy depends on if you are having sex (as well as timing, ovulation, viable sperm, etc).Now, in answer to the scenario you described...1) two girls would have no way leaving semen on a toilet seat-need a man for that 2) Sperm isn't very viable after exposure to air regardless 3) Nothing on your inner thigh can lead to pregnancy.  Likely, just urine or water on your skin.  Wipe off &amp; carry on.

Ice for about 45 minutes will address inflammation and swelling, never apply ice to the skin, always over a towel or clothing. Follow this by heat for about 20 to 25 minutes to help soothe and relax tight muscles. Gentle stretching. See your doctor if persists.

Cant target: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods.  Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories. Being overweight can increase ur risk of hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea.
