For Children...: ...Almost none. Occasionally a source of fiber for regularity of bowel movements, an alternative source of vitamin d if the juice is supplemented and some vitamin c. But overall, a waste of calories.Not worth using.

: No. It is not healthy because you are missing several essential nutrients: b12 is only in animal products. Protein is going to be hard to get in all the essential amino acids. 
On detox? Find out what that means and how it could be determined to be either true or false. I've never seen someone give a definition where they could be found out wrong.So, meaningless.

Avoid fasting.: The real question is, not which foods to avoid during a fast, but whether fasting itself is a good idea. The colon does not benefit from juice cleanses and fasting. There are no toxins build up inside the colon, despite what you may read on the Internet. It cleanses itself via bowel movements. Eating a high-fiber diet with lots of liquids is the best thing you can do for colon health. Good luck.
