Unlikely: exercise can help ease the pelvic ligaments, but won't increase the pelvic width, it also depends on the baby's head size and position.Height below 150 cm can be in itself an indication for Caesarean section, however you can still talk to your obstetrician for trial of normal labor. Labor and delivery, is a complex process, many variables control it, and ladies with wide pelves still get C section

Run like the wind...: Helpful weight loss diets have natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (little/no salad dressing). When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.

: You can not target one area to gain fat any more than you can target one area for fat loss. With age you will gain weight around your hips. For now, let it be and love your body, as it is.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get vaccinated.

Body imperfections?: Given your age the best answer may well be time and patience.  You still have some growing to do.

But, the buttocks can really get some increase in size with good core and lower extremity exercises.  Squats as well can help to firm up one's gluts.

Right now you have: a healthy weight.  I don't advise you to regain weight simply to regain the curves. Adding pounds by eating more may put that weight somewhere you don't want it.  The butt contains a lot of muscle; exercise is a healthy way to make it curvier.  Your hips may be smaller but your waist may be as well, so you likely look just as curvy now as you did before.
