hello there! i'm 21 years old. my height is 6'1". on the other hand my weight is just 58 kilograms. how can i increase my weight & waist size. i need some suggestion like what kinda food i've to eat & what kinda exercise will help me?

: Any balanced nutritional intake is good &amp; can add calories but you likely prefer to add muscle mass to fat. All exercise routines should include a cardio component like jogging, fast walking, biking, etc. for 30 min/d. These will help stamina and increase appetite. You add muscle mass by using them. Free weights, machines, isometrics or other muscle stressors can help add muscle mass.

Generally not: Most people have reached their maximum hands-feet-head-ears size by age 17-21. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, sizes of these body parts are largely based on genetic inheritance. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person can do to increase the sizes except that weight training can make hands and feet muscles bulkier.

i have a hand sized raise/lump on my outer thigh,my leg hurts from bad sciatica w/muscle spasms.could it be muscle/nerves or a blood clot?

Leg bump: It could be any one of several things.  Possible lipoma, blood clot or other soft tissue mass.  See your doctor.

Varies somewhat: The mechanism by which the circumference of the wrist increases includes the growth of the bones that make up the wrist, the joint spaces in the wrist, and also the soft tissues of the wrist as well.  Bone growth in males can vary quite a bit anywhere usually between 14 and 21.  Muscle and tendon size vary with use.  Even elderly patients can have increase in wrist circumference due to arthritis.

Negative : No, it's not possible. Your growth plates all of your bones closed. Boys stop growing at 18-20, but some of them even at 16 depending on ethnicity.

Axillary swelling.: Would get this checked by your family doctor could be a mass or cyst or infection.

Use of hand.: Do you have any problems with sensation in the hand or arm? Neck pain? A pinched nerve in the neck can cause this, but it sounds like you should have exam by primary MD and eventually referral to neurologist or orthopedics.
