Nothing proven. : There is no scientific data or studies that i'm aware of that shows a way for a couple to be more likely to have a male baby.

im having a baby boy & will not be circumcising him. 
ive seen some horror stories of doctors force retracting a babies foreskin. is this common? 
i read that its damaging/dangerous, is that true? how do i ask a doctor properly to not retract it?

: Just say, "Please don't retract his foreskin, OK?" In the current modern era, no doctor retracts a baby's foreskin unless there's a special reason such as needing to place a catheter. Babies are born complete, finished, and perfectly fine (except for the few unlucky ones with birth defects), so we don't need to cut any parts off. Circumcisions are done for religious and cultural reasons sometimes.

You cant: Gender of baby is a chance occurrence.  There are special methods of ensuring the procurement of a specific gender.  Males outnumber females 52/100 vs 50/100 live births. So chance is slightly on your side to have a boy.

50/50: You will have a 50% chance of success with your plan.  There are many myths about what can and cannot influence the gender of a child, but the only way to guarantee it is to have artificial insemination after genetic testing.  Barring that, you have a 50% chance of providing her an x chromosome from dad, and a 100% chance of providing one from mom.

Low. : Low. An iud, when placed correctly is 99% effective against pregnancy. Follow your doctor's instructions about how to check placement of the iud, and get your annual pap smears regularly so your doctor can fully assess  placement. If at anytime, you feel the iud is out of place, follow up right away with a visit to your doctor.

It depends: This depends on the condition that you had as a child, how it was repaired, and the functional status of your heart today.  Pregnancy is a very stressful process on the heart. This stress is at its peak during labor and continues days after pregnancy.  Please see your obstetrian for appropriate cardiac studies as soon as possible.

Inguinal ovary: If you have regular menstrual cycles, I would not worry at this point. Once you are trying to get pregnant,  after trying for about 1 year without achieving pregnancy, you may want to revisit this question again.
