How old are you?: If you haven't started puberty, but are younger than 14, please be assured that nature will more than likely take its course and put you through puberty. If older & no puberty, then you need to see your doctor. Penile length is mostly genetic. Often times a penis will appear small in an overweight boy because of the fat pad surrounding the base of it.
